LIABILITY WAIVER & RELEASE AGREEMENT

Thank you for choosing Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours. This private experience is designed to provide an educational and immersive day in Cannabis Country. For everyone’s safety and clarity, each guest must carefully review and sign this agreement before participating.

1. Acknowledgment of Risk
   I understand that participation in this experience involves inherent risks, including but not limited to walking on uneven terrain, visiting working farms, vineyards, and agricultural environments, riding in vehicles, exposure to weather, and other natural conditions. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and agree to release and hold harmless Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours, its owners, employees, guides, affiliates, and participating farm, winery, transportation, and hospitality partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation, including claims arising from ordinary negligence.

2. Transportation Disclaimer
   I understand that any transportation arranged as part of this experience is provided by a third-party licensed and insured transportation company. Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours does not own, operate, or control the vehicle or driver and is not responsible for the acts, omissions, conduct, or performance of any third-party transportation provider. I release Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours from any liability arising from or related to transportation services provided by any third party.

3. Health, Medical Care, and Personal Responsibility
   In the event of illness or injury, I authorize Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours to seek appropriate medical assistance on my behalf if necessary. I understand that I am solely responsible for any medical expenses or related costs incurred. I agree to follow all safety instructions, act responsibly and respectfully, remain aware of my surroundings, and accept full responsibility for my own actions and for any injury, damage, or loss resulting from those actions.

4. Substance Use Acknowledgment
   I understand that this experience may include visits to locations where alcohol and/or cannabis are present. I acknowledge that any decision to consume alcohol or cannabis is entirely voluntary and solely my own responsibility. I understand that I may decline participation in any activity at any time.

5. Eligibility
   I confirm that I am at least 21 years of age and legally permitted to participate in this experience.

6. Cancellation, Late Arrival, and No-Refund Policy
   I understand and agree that once this experience has been paid for and confirmed, all payments are final. If I cancel on the day of the scheduled experience, arrive too late to participate, fail to appear, or choose not to continue with the experience for any reason, I understand that no refund will be issued. This policy applies because Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours makes advance arrangements with farms, wineries, transportation providers, hospitality partners, and other service providers who reserve time and resources specifically for this private experience.

7. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours and its owners, employees, affiliates, and partners from and against any claims, demands, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of my actions or my participation in this experience.

8. General Release
   I have carefully read and fully understand this Liability Waiver and Release Agreement. I understand that by signing it, I am giving up certain legal rights, including the right to bring claims against Sonoma Cannabis Wine Tours and its partners. I sign this agreement voluntarily and without inducement.
