Guest Safety & Participation Agreement

All guests participate in tours at their own discretion. Our experiences take place on working farms, vineyards, rural properties, and outdoor environments where uneven terrain, vehicles, and agricultural activity are present.

For everyone’s safety and clarity, all guests are required to review and sign a standard liability waiver and assumption of risk agreement prior to participation.
